We have chosen to return to the roots of yoga practice, specializing in teaching yoga in private sessions so that we can customize them to what the practitioner needs that day, at that time of their life. The essence of our yoga center and massage center in Granada is to combine the best of ancestral practices and teachings with modern techniques. 

We work with all levels of yogis, tailoring our private sessions for beginners to yoga teachers. 

After consulting with the practitioner, we can design sessions to release stress and stored tension, to increase energy, to increase concentration, learn to meditate, or to tune into internal sensations and processes. 

Additionally, we can tailor the practice to relieve chronic pain or accommodate other conditions that require individualized attention, in conjunction with consultation with the osteopathic team.

In the Comprehensive Treatment process, we offer postural counseling and re-education through a series of sessions. This process lasts a minimum of 2 months (8 sessions). It includes osteopathy sessions and customized yoga sessions to improve posture, relieve chronic pain, and create a self-care practice.

At our intimate yoga studio, we offer personalized attention in private and semi-private classes, just as in the origins of yoga teaching. In addition, we offer courses and workshops in different locations throughout Granada and its outskirts.

Private Yoga Sessions

In private sessions, you can choose from several styles of sessions, including therapeutic yoga, dynamic yoga, and meditative yoga.

If you are in pain, are recovering from an injury, or have another major condition, or even want start your way of yoga with a personalized accompaniment, you may benefit from an individual practice. With the accompaniment of a therapeutic yoga teacher, you will have a personal tracking that will help you change your body and mind. 

We will begin by making a personalized plan based on your needs and goals. For a better result you will have access through your personal file to exercises and stretches that will help you progress between sessions.

You can also choose to combine your sessions yoga with osteopathy sessions.
