Yoga

In the group yoga classes, taught in a bilingual way, we adapt the practice to each yogi according to their needs, knowledge, and goals. We do not teach any one style strictly, but rather combine techniques from many styles to develop a mindful yoga practice. We include techniques from Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Raja Yoga, therapeutic yoga, fascial movement, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and more. We focus above all on one practice with mindfulness that leads us to self-knowledge, be it in a relaxing class or one more focused on increasing strength and flexibility. We always move towards a more and more subtle practice, instead of seeking perfection and achieving "difficult" postures. So practice improves mental health and relieves stored tension, both physical and mental. 

Meditation

Mindfulness meditation, also known as mindfulness meditationIt is a meditation technique that focuses on paying conscious and non-judgmental attention to the present moment. This practice is based on the idea that by paying attention to the present moment without judging it, we can reduce anxiety, stress and distraction, and cultivate greater mental and emotional clarity. Meditation and mindfulness are supported by research in numerous large universities for providing benefits for Mental health and physics, like stress reduction, improving concentration and decreasing anxiety and depression.

With the accompaniment of a therapeutic yoga teacher, you will have a personal tracking that will help you change your body and mind.

We will start by making a personalized planning to your needs and goals. For a better result you will have access through the personal file to exercises and stretches that will help you progress between sessions.
