They will then evaluate you and design an integrated treatment, merging the work in the massage sessions and osteopathy with the private yoga classesTherapists check in with you after each session to continuously monitor and adjust treatments based on your progress.
For an even better result, we have created a personal file with exercises and stretches that can be done at home between sessions to integrate what we have worked on and progress towards lasting and balanced well-being.
The Yang of Osteopathy
We begin the path to well-being
In the first session In osteopathy, your osteopath will perform an initial assessment of your physical condition, observing your posture and mobility, and looking for areas of tension, stiffness or imbalance.
We will begin working with manual techniques from day one. These techniques may include manipulation, stretching, massage and joint mobilization, among others.
Each session will be tailored to your progress, with the goal of helping your body to naturally balance itself. In this process, you will develop greater awareness of how you use your body and improve your postural habits. More specifically, we will focus on achieving better circulation, optimal alignment, greater body balance, and of course, pain relief.
The Yin of Yoga
Peace is breathed!
In private yoga classes, you will have a bilingual teacher who will guide the exercises and practices in coordination with your osteopathy sessions.
You will learn to improve your body awareness, breathing, strength and flexibility based on the approach and techniques applied by your osteopath.
You will learn to stretch correctly and become aware of the state of your body both on the mat and in your daily life. Practices and exercises can also be offered to repeat at home, for those who want to advance even further on their path to well-being.
Supplementary natural techniques
Natural techniques have their origin in the tools of our ancestors, used for your care today.
We invite you to discover them with us!
Chromotherapy
Chromotherapy is a technique based on the therapeutic use of colors to balance the energies of the body and mind. Each color has a specific vibrational frequency that influences different aspects of physical, emotional and mental well-being.
During sessions, we use strategically applied light and colors to stimulate specific points on the body, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and promote a sense of overall harmony. This technique can complement other therapies by enhancing the body's natural ability to heal itself.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a manual technique that focuses on stimulating specific points on the feet, hands, and also certain areas of the face and head, known as reflex zones, which correspond to different organs and systems of the body.
By combining precise and targeted massage with acupressure, we seek to unblock tensions, improve circulation and promote the flow of energy throughout the body. We work on reflex points on the face and scalp because it not only relieves physical discomfort, but also has a powerful relaxing effect, helping to release tensions accumulated in the upper body.
This technique can be combined with Chromotherapy, Kobido Facial Massage (in a 90-minute session), or alone, as it promotes a deep state of relaxation and balance.
Kobido Facial Massage
The Kobido facial massage, known as “the natural facelift”, is not just about aesthetics: Kobido combines Japanese deep massage techniques with delicate movements to rejuvenate and revitalize the skin of the face. Beyond its aesthetic effect, Kobido helps improve blood circulation, release facial tension and stimulate collagen production, which gives luminosity and firmness to the skin.
This massage also has a very relaxing effect on the nervous system, helping to release accumulated stress and promoting overall well-being. It is a perfect technique to complement therapeutic treatments, as it balances both the body and the mind.
