The Yang of Osteopathy
Your journey to well-being starts here
In your first session of osteopathy, your osteopath will assess your physical condition by observing your posture, mobility, and areas of tension, stiffness or imbalance.
From the first session, we will use manual techniques like manipulation, stretching, massage, and joint mobilization to address your needs.
Each session is tailored to your progress, helping your body to restore its natural balance. Along the way, you'll gain greater body awareness, improve posture, and benefit from better circulation, alignment, balance, and pain relief.
The Yin of Yoga
Breathe in peace
In private yoga sessions, a bilingual teacher will guide you through exercises and practices designed to complement your osteopathy sessions.
You will develop greater body awareness, improve breathing, and enhance strength and flexibility. This work will be aligned with the approach and techniques applied by your osteopath.
You will also learn proper stretching techniques and gain a deeper understanding of your body, both on the mat and in daily life. For those eager to progress farther or more quickly, we can recommend additional exercises to practice at home.
Natural Supplementary Techniques
Rooted in the wisdom of our ancestors, these techniques are highly effective in improving well-being today.
We invite you to discover them with us!
Chromotherapy
Chromotherapy uses the healing power of specific light frequencies to activate, balance, or calm the energies of the body and mind. Each color emits a specific frequency that can positively influence physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
During sessions, light and colors are applied strategically to stimulate specific points in the body, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and promote a sense of overall harmony. This approach complements other therapies, boosting the body's natural healing capacity.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a hands-on technique that targets stimulating specific points ("reflex zones") on the feet, hands, face, and scalp. Each point correspond to different organs and systems in the body.
By combining precise massage and acupressure, this method helps to release tension blockages, improve circulation and promote energy flow throughout the body. Working on reflex points in the face and scalp also can create deep relaxation, relieving accumulated stress throughout the body.
This technique can be combined with Chromotherapy, Kobido Facial Massage (in a 90-minute session), or used alone to achieve profound relaxation and balance.
Kobido Facial Massage
Known as “the natural facelift”, Kobido goes beyond aesthetics by blending Japanese deep massage techniques with gentle movements to rejuvenate and revitalize the skin. This massage improves blood circulation, releases facial tension and stimulates collagen production, enhancing skin luminosity and firmness.
Additionally, Kobido has a calming effect on the nervous system, reducing stress and promoting overall well-being. It is an excellent complement to other therapeutic treatments, creating harmony between mind and body.
