1. Purpose: For what purposes do we process your data?
GRANADA WELLNESS, SL informs the User of the existence of a personal data processing activity called "WEB USERS". The purpose is to provide information about the services offered, as well as to handle and manage inquiries and calendar bookings made by users through this channel.
Storage periods:
- Inquiries: the current year once the query has been answered.
- Contracting services or making reservations: for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a minimum of 5 years thereafter, blocked by legal requirements of health and contractual regulations.
- Commercial communications: unless its suppression is requested and in any case three years from the last expression of interest.
2. Legitimation: What is the legal basis?
The legal basis for processing the data is the express consent of the interested party and the execution of the pre-contractual (appointment booking) or contractual relationship.
3. Recipients: To whom will your data be communicated?
The data collected will not be transferred to third parties, and will only be communicated to other companies acting as Processors of personal data to enable the booking process, in accordance with the strict instructions of GRANADA WELLNESS, SL:
Square (Block, Inc.): This platform is used for managing the booking calendar, appointment history, and payments. This entity can make international transfers to the United States, which are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the EU.
Anthropic: Technology service provider (Artificial Intelligence) used strictly internally by the team for administrative automation. Under no circumstances will health data or medical records be transferred to this tool. Transfers to the U.S. covered under Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Rights: What are your rights?
The rights established in the GDPR and the LOPDGDD are guaranteed:
- Right of access, rectification and erasure (right to be forgotten).
- Right to object to treatment.
- Right to request the limitation of treatment.
- Right to data portability.
