2. Exclusive object and nature of the services (health exclusion)

The Quiroesencia website provides users with a catalog of services focused entirely on physical well-being, relaxation, traditional manual techniques, and the practice of body disciplines such as Yoga.

ESSENTIAL HEALTH WARNING: The services, massages, and rituals offered at Quiroesencia are exclusively for wellness, rest, relaxation, and aesthetic or physical rebalancing. Under no circumstances should they be considered medical, therapeutic, or clinical physiotherapy treatments. For any injury, chronic ailment, medical condition, or need for rehabilitation, users should consult licensed healthcare professionals. Quiroesencia does not treat clinical conditions and will refer such cases immediately.

3. Catalog of services, modalities and rates

The final prices applicable to each service are those displayed on the website at the time of booking. All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT). Rates differ depending on whether the service is provided on weekdays (LV) or at a weekend rate (SF): The Saturday rate also applies to Sundays, public holidays and the day before a public holiday.. Services without a listed SF rate are offered only on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

Additionally, the center has specific complements applicable to the sessions (such as Tibetan Liniment, Tibetan Balm, premium essential oils or hot stones) with supplements indicated in the catalog that range between €5 and €10.

4. Session vouchers and gift cards

Quiroesencia offers multi-session and gift formulas under the following special conditions:

Session Packages: These passes are configured as personal or shared use, depending on the chosen option, and are offered at a fixed, advantageous price. They have a strict validity period, which will be indicated at the time of purchase (by default, 6 months from the date of purchase). They are non-refundable once the first session has been used, either partially or completely.
Gift Cards: They allow you to gift any experience or amount from the catalog. They are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of issue. The recipient must book their appointment in advance through the usual channels, subject to availability.

5. Online booking process and appointment management

Reservations are processed preferentially and as a priority through the online booking engine integrated into the website (managed under the secure platform of Square / Block, Inc.), or by direct assistance via corporate WhatsApp message (+34 621 217 595).

To schedule an appointment, the client must select the type of service, the desired duration, the day, and the time from the available slots. An additional 10 minutes are always systematically reserved beyond the massage duration for initial welcome, a quick initial assessment of preferences, and a relaxed closing and changing of the client's clothes, ensuring that the net time on the massage table or futon accurately reflects the service booked.

6. Payment methods and transaction security

Payment for sessions or the purchase of vouchers and gift cards can be made online or directly at the physical establishment using a Credit or Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, among others).

Online payment processing is fully integrated through Square's encrypted payment gateway. All data is transmitted encrypted using high-security SSL protocols and strictly complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), guaranteeing secure transactions. GRANADA WELLNESS, SL never stores or has access to users' bank card credentials or numbers.

7. Cancellation, appointment modification and refund policy

Due to the nature of the activities, where a cabin and a professional are reserved exclusively for each booking, the following cancellation and modification policy is established:

Modifications or cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: The client can change the date and time of their appointment or cancel it via the booking link or by contacting us through WhatsApp without penalty. In the case of a full cancellation, a refund will be issued, minus 10% to cover administrative costs and technical management fees of the bank booking gateway.
Cancellations or non-attendance with less than 24 hours' notice: If the appointment is cancelled, changed outside the deadline, or the client does not show up at the center at the agreed time, the right to the service will be definitively lost and there will be no refund, charge or return of the amount, the session being considered effectively consumed (which includes the loss of the session if it was a voucher or gift card).

8. Attendance and punctuality rules

Users are strongly encouraged to arrive at the establishment 5 to 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. In case of delay, the session will be carried out with a proportional reduction in duration to avoid disrupting appointments for subsequent clients, while still requiring payment of the full service fee.

9. Data protection and privacy

All personal data collected during the booking and billing process (name, surname, contact and operational appointment history) are treated confidentially in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Operational data is stored on the secure servers of the data processor (Square) and, after the service has ended, is kept securely locked and restricted for a minimum of 5 years, available exclusively to Public Administrations, Judges, and Courts to address potential contractual and tax liabilities. 10. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed in all respects by current Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, conflict, or claim arising from the provision of services or the interpretation of these terms, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Granada (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
